See the menu links to Silver Mane Equine "Intake Form" and" Waiver". Please download or print these forms, complete the requested information, and then scan/email back to me. These forms have to be submitted to me by the time of service. If I don't have this completed information and an update on your horse's status (see Consent/Liability Waiver) at the time of the scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled.
To Schedule a Session
Please use the "Booking" page to book our appointment. Days and times of operation may vary, but I aim to keep appointments from 8 AM to 2 PM to accomodate most barn feeding schedules. If possible, avoid weekend days and Wednesdays as these days have very limited availability. However, if those days are the only times that will work for you, let me know, and I will see what we can do. Often, I can manage to work in a weekend appointment if needed.
Prices
Full session bodywork (60-120 min) - $100length of session varies on condition and need of the horse
Pre-competition bodywork - $85 focused only; techniques and timing dependent on competition activity to be prepared for
Masterson Method® Demo - $20/person + horse: 2 1/2 hours demonstration with participation of horse and rider/owner as part of a scheduled Demo event
Gift Certificates are available and good for 6 months after purchase. The 2023-2024 Holiday special gives 10 percent discount on the Gift Certificate purchase and the certificate can be used up to August 1, 2024. This special runs from 12/19 - 12/31/2023 Multiple horse same barn discounted full session rate - $90 (number of horses per day is limited) Referral discount - 10% of your next session if you made a referral and the person proceded to schedule an appointment
Junior rider fee - $75 for full session with horse whose rider is less than 18 years old and after junior rider has attended a free instruction in how to perform the Bladder Meridian Technique on the horse. Travel Policy: $ 0.25/mile outside a 20 mile radius of my address. Charge will include any miles over the initial 20 miles for travel to and back from your location. Travel outside of a 1-hour radius from my 27613 business address will require clients to Prepay to reserve their appointment. 50% of session/travel is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your appointment time. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled session appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
